Not my child, but myself a few years ago (I think I was 13 years old). I got screamed at (me a quiet, never did anything wrong, type of child ) by a substitute teacher and told to go outside where he could give me a detention (for absolutely nothing, couldn’t even write a reason down on the detention sheet) - he could clearly see I was absolutely traumatised (because I was shaking like a scared dog) as I’d never been told off and wasn’t a confident person. In other lessons he acted very strange around me and in one lesson stood over me for 5 minutes until another student had to point out how creepy it was.
